Description Robert Half is looking for a BA / Consultant to help implement UKG for a City in Washington! This is a remote long-term contract opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to make long-term impacts for the city and support multiple functionalities and business objectives. In this role you will:Responsibilities:
Implementation of UKG Pro Pay and People Center, People Assist, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting and Onboarding), and Compensation
Data migration from current HRIS (Tyler Technologies – Eden) to UKG Pro Pay and People Center
Integrations with enterprise applications
Create and support team in development and execution of test cases
Understand and interpret business practices/requirements to align with system functionality
Requirements
Must Haves:5+ years of experience implementing, optimizing, configuring and supporting UKG Pro applications
Provide industry best practice guidance on system configuration
Experience with financial system integrations, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations preferred
Provide UKG Pro knowledge and expertise with data mapping and migration
Identify, track and resolve testing issues and errors
Determine quality assurance parameters
Nice to haves:
Experience with automated testing tools preferred
Local government implementation experience (Prefer 5+ client implementations and 3-5 years implementation experience minimum)
