Job Description:
Responsible for the overall directions of the program.
Liaison between the contract, subcontract, and government.
Accountable for ensuring contract deliverables are submitted on time and within established quality criteria.
Accountable for all staff performance and behavior.
Provides strategic, expert advice and consultation on program activities to ensure efficient implementation of internal processes and procedures.
Manages short and long-term organizational goals.
Monitors and evaluates staff and program effectiveness.
Not limited to resource management, client satisfaction, personnel assignment, oversight, and supervision; contractor budgets and reporting; planning and tools and controls.
Requirements:
