Receive inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing outdoor power equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending the best products to meet their requirements.
Utilize product knowledge and resources to accurately answer customer inquiries regarding features, specifications, and usage of various outdoor power equipment.
Assist customers in navigating our product catalog and making informed purchasing decisions.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry trends, product updates, and company policies.

Self-motivated individual with a genuine interest in learning and developing as a sales customer service representative.
Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
Ability to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
