This long-term contract Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Burlington, Vermont.Your responsibilities in this role
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Requirements - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Background working with Provide Technical Support
Practical knowledge of Technical Support
Earlier work involving Post-Sales Support
Deep understanding of Mechanical Components
Foundational knowledge in Call Center Customer Service
General familiarity with inside sales
Demonstrated knowledge of Sales Commision
Mechanical Assembly experience required
Adeptness in Sales Calls
Experience with call centers
Good understanding of Customer Support
Remote Support experience highly preferred
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
