Job Description

Managing a small team (4-6 individual contributors) of developers on creative tooling solutions to support business growth and scope expansion

Owning the portfolio of internal tools, including pipeline, forecast, prioritization, and execution model

Partnering with necessary stakeholders to obtain the necessary inputs, establish timelines, manage internal customer expectations, and deliver applicable usage metrics

Applying business acumen to evaluate technical requests

Managing reporting activities to executives to drive decisions

Articulating recommendations, decisions, and priorities in a crisp and concise manner

ResponsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications:

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area (e.g., computer science, programming, information systems, information science, data science, etc.)

Six (6) or more years of experience in managing development teams

Experience with cloud computing services

The ability to work autonomously, make high impacting decisions, and judgment call

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
