Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Benoure is seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to their operations, overseeing all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from initial estimation through to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC and plumbing systems, complemented by exceptional project management skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities

Estimating: Conduct accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and plumbing projects in residential and light commercial new builds.

Project Management: Lead the design/build process for HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project deadlines.

Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot issues throughout the construction phase.

Material & Equipment Management: Oversee ordering and scheduling to ensure timely project progression.

Client & Partner Engagement: Act as a sales support representative, engaging with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to negotiate new work and participate in design meetings.

Contract Management: Review contracts, manage billing processes, and prepare close-out documentation for completed projects.

Site Reviews: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are achieved.

Business Support: Assist the President with daily operations, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Value Engineering: Develop and suggest cost-effective solutions to enhance project efficiency.

Project Oversight: Manage the engineering plan review, submittal processes, and oversee projects from rough-in to final completion.

Proposal Preparation: Create detailed estimates and proposals for HVAC replacements and installations in residential and multi-family homes.

Team Management: Support and evaluate install crews, providing feedback to promote continuous improvement.
