Maintenance & repairs in and outside of residential apartments buildings. Skills needed Carpentry, painting, problem solving and ability to make repairs in and outside apartment buildings. Also preparing apartments for new residents when they turn over. Must have reliable transportation and tools to make repairs mentioned above. Looking for someone responsible ,trustworthy, with positive attitude and to join our small rental business. Hours are very flexible. Work on your own schedule.
