Lead Carpenter

LittleTree Builders Lead Carpenter position - we're looking for a lead carpenter to join our small family owned residential building company working primarily in the Stowe VT area. We offer a friendly professional workplace atmosphere that values our team of dedicated craftsmen who enjoy the work and each others support in the workplace. The ideal candidate would have 10 plus years of building experience with some of it being a crew leader who is comfortable being responsible for overseeing the day to day direction of a small crew and various subcontract trades. A basic knowledge of sitework, concrete, electric.plumbing, HVAC, insulation and drywall is required to oversee subcontract trades. Competency in framing, siding, finish work, blueprint interpretation , material ordering, and client interaction is required. We offer a full benefits/compensation package consisting of an hourly wage range of $37 to $42/hour, 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick/personal time, 8 paid holidays, 401K plan, and cost shared health insurance plan.
