Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Field Tech/Laborer to assist with various tasks on construction and excavation sites. As a Field Tech/Laborer, you will be an essential part of our team, working under the direction of Project Manager and foreman to ensure the smooth execution of projects. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to meaningful projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with excavation and site preparation, including digging, trenching, and grading.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely (e.g., shovels, compaction equipment, hand tools).
Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
Set up and clean up construction sites.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Perform general labor duties as directed by the Project Manager or foreman.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, excavation, or labor work preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable and punctual, with a good work ethic.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
Valid driver’s license is required.
