About the Role:
Sakon, www.sakon.com, is looking for a Bill Pay Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate office in Burlington, VT. This position will work closely with the Director of Client Payments to efficiently and accurately maintain and pay client invoices as well as daily administrative tasks.
Checks: manages supply and issue payments
Payment Processing: Make client payments via phone calls and ACH
Scanning: Assist with sorting invoices
Credit Card Tracking: Assist with updating data related to credit cards
Assist Department Director with day-to-day tasks as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
High school diploma/GED
Data entry skills
Experience in Quickbooks
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Very organized, accurate, and detail oriented
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Required Hours:
Monday – Friday
20-25 hours/week
Our Vermont office is located in the beautiful Hula complex on the Burlington waterfront
