Get paid to work outside with a great team! Ainsworth Associates is looking for several hardworking individuals to join our team as Mowing Team Members and Crew Leaders. With previous experience or learned experience the right candidates could grow into Crew Leaders.
Jobs require candidates that have a valid driver's license or have reliable transportation to and from base of operations "Valid license is required to drive any company vehicles", be detail orientated, provide good customer service, must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs., push and pull up to 60 lbs., and stand or walk for up to eight (8) hours each day and work in a team environment as well as independently. It is preferred that eligible candidates be able to professionally run a zero-turn mower, have experience in weedwacking, line edging, mulching, pruning, fall and spring clean ups but we are willing to train the right individual.
The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for leading and managing the weekly mowing route as well as the Mowing Team Members. We are looking for a leader who has keen attention to detail, is results oriented, and organized. The Mowing Crew Leader will report directly to the Owner of the company.
Starting pay is $18 to $25 an hour depending on experience and job applied for. Workweek is Monday through Friday (with the occasional Saturday if it rains during the week). The season wraps up in November after fall clean-up services.
