Maintenance Technician
Provide both routine and complex maintenance support services to multiple Howard Center sites.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Perform safety/preventative maintenance inspections and note deficiencies
Deliver 24-hr response and on-call rotation
Requirements:
A combination of three years' experience and education will be considered
Valid driver's license
Structure:
Full time (40 hours)
Non-exempt
Starting at $21.40 an hour
