Taco Gordo is looking to add a Light Night Line Cook to our team. We recently started staying open from 10pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays with a small and rotating food menu and cocktail list, and pretty soon DJs and live music.
A little about the position:
Shifts are Friday and Saturday night. They begin at 9:45pm and end 2:30-3am. Duties include some light prep for service, executing late night food service, helping with dishes, and then cleaning and breaking down the kitchen at the end of the night. Pay will an hourly wage plus a share of tipshourly wage will depend on experience and hustle, but will be highly competitive.
The ideal candidate is timely, organized, works clean and thrives as part of a team. At least one year of experience in a professional kitchen is required for this position.

We have a small, tight-knit crew, and where teamwork, cleanliness and organization are fundamental to what we do. We are a One Fair Wage establishment, meaning tips are shared with the Front and Back of House.
