We're looking to add a Dishwasher to our team! Duties include keeping up with dishes during dinner service, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and helping to close the restaurant after service. This position is part-time, with the possibility of full-time for the right person.
About us:
We are a bar and taqueria in the hearth of the Old North End of Burlington. We execute a small but intentional menu at a high volume. We have a small and tight-knit crew. Team work is fundamental to what we do. We are a One Fair Wage restaurant, meaning tips are shared with the Front and Back of House. Pay is very competitive, and Health Insurance is available for full time staff.
About the Position:
Dish shifts start at 4pm. Dishes from setup are knocked out and then dishes (largely baskets and glassware) from dinner service start coming in. Keeping up on these, running glass racks to the bar, and keeping the kitchen are clean and organized are key during service. Once service is over, the kitchen is broken down and deep cleaned. We generally are walking out by 11pm.
