Experienced Prep Staff: $20/hour
Event Sous Chef: $25/hour
- Two to three days a week prepping at our kitchen in Perkinsville, VT (Mostly Wednesday/Thursday/Friday with the occasional Monday & Tuesday depending on event schedule)
- Busy season runs May-December with occasional winter events
- Ideal Candidates will also work on site event caterings (mostly Saturday's but occasional Sunday-Friday events)
- Must be willing to travel VT/NH to event locations
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness a must
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
