Seeking both Full and Part time employees. This will be a progressive menu in a new brewery run by a very well known and respected Vermont brewer. Menu will focus on food that makes sense for apres ski/ride/bike. We are adjacent to a ski resort and receive heavy traffic for 3.5 seasons. Plan to operate 5 days/week. We respect a healthy work/life balance.
Requirements:
Strong Culinary Background, Reliability, Respect for your coworkers and work environment.
Workplace cleanliness is mandatory.
Willingness to learn and perform multiple roles in the kitchen as well as a desire to build upon your skills in the kitchen.
