TheCommercial Business Analystserves as an innovative and collaborative thought partner across sales and marketing, responsible for the successful delivery of solutions in support of strategic business initiatives. This individual must apply creative thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of our IT system investments. From a technical standpoint the individual will work cross functionally across commercial and IT to define processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement new functionality that enables delivery of business objectives. This role will partner with a project manager and technical solution delivery team to ensure projects are managed to the original requirements and delivered on time and on budget meeting business needs. This is a business-facing and technology-facing role, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment across multiple stakeholders. What You-ll Accomplish
Understand and prioritize business requirements from multiple collaborators applying specialist knowledge where applicable.
Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance and improve in line with strategic goals.
Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making.
Utilize wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Moqups, Miro, and Lucid to create clear and effective visuals.
Effectively communicate impact, cost, and benefits of new and changed demands.
Facilitate and lead design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements.
Determine system integration opportunities to drive efficiency in conducting business.
Work with business and IT Business partners to propose and deliver solutions to achieve agreed outcomes, ensuring that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges.
Shape and define arguments, producing detailed business justification for investment including value and benefits realization.
Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Work with colleagues across the technology teams, (e.g., architects and engineers) within the function to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements and clearly understood and can be delivered.
Work with business owners to identify and devise solutions that optimize business process performance, capability, and competitiveness.
Defining project scope and goals for small projects that deliver or support delivery of effective solutions.
Hands on leadership, planning, coordination, and delivery of aspects of key projects, including facilitation of meetings, tracking, reporting and communicating progress, as well as risks and issues as necessary.
Collate information from relevant sources for analysis and reporting relevant data trends for informed decision making for positive business impact.
Supports business for service tracking/issues/problems/incidents, as well as with IT satisfaction and improvements. Captures delivery feedback from customers.

In addition to our Wellie values, we are looking for someone who is an analytical self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Other qualifications include:
Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a data-focused business analyst role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
Strong proficiency in wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Miro, Moqups, Lucid).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience with project management tools, for example Wrike is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Data visuals and Power BI Specific is a plus.
