Description 12-24 month remote contractA market leader in the Clearance & Settlement of U.S. Agency Mortgage-backed securities, is seeking a Proprietary Software, client facing Business Analyst to join their team! You will be responsible for helping both existing and new customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:
Learn end-to-end processing of proprietary software
Participate in implementation meetings
Document customer requests and perform business analysis
Train business users on proprietary software
Test workflows and provide feedback
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Participate in and maintain a knowledge base of the product and infrastructure
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in investment trade operations workflows and clearance and settlement cycle
U.S. MBS securities knowledge highly desirable not mandatory
Prefer investment management operations vs. broker/dealer operations experience.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
