Looking for someone to join our team of technicians here at Renu Auto. I'm looking for a candidate who is looking for long term employment that will grow with the company. Please do not apply if you're planning on moving out of town in a couple of years. I want to have someone start at the very bottom of the company's duties, and learn and train until they have all the skills to operate the company with employees under them. No experience preferred. Pay starts at $10/hr and only increases when you prove that you're completing tasks without needing supervision and in shorter time. Will start as a part time position and quickly move into full time as your skills progress. My goal is to groom someone to replace myself here and we can work on some kind of profit sharing plan.
