Receive and audit invoices for accuracy
Prepare invoices for payment by entering in the payables systems and obtaining proper approval and account coding
Communicate with internal and external contacts via mail, phone, and e-mail to provide timely resolutions to invoice discrepancies
Incorporate procedural and system changes in order to process transactions according to the latest procedures policy
Perform additional duties deemed appropriate by management
Minimum Requirements
10-key by touch
Minimum typing of 40 WPM
Accounts payable experience necessary
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Basic knowledge of Oracle not necessary, but helpful
Basic knowledge of Right Angle
Organizational and communication skills a must
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Physical and Other Requirements
Pay is $14.00 hourly
