Associate Global Product Manager

Please note: We are on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, Tuesday-Thursday. Employee must be local or relocate to Utah. Cricut’s Software Product Management team is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to lead the development and vision of how content is consumed on our platform. The ideal candidate will help drive the evolution of how images, fonts, projects, and other Cricut content is discovered and used on our platform while partnering closely with our search team to ensure a seamless experience on the platform. This entails collaborating on the roadmap and strategy for content structure to support usability of our Design Space Content. This role will also help drive future strategies that can leverage our content to drive continued engagement on and off of our platform.We are looking for leaders with a thirst for challenge and a passion for delighting members. We are looking for people who have a hunger to create new products and user experiences and who live our values.Responsibilities: As an Associate Product Manager, you are responsible for supporting the following: Gather insights from numerous sources – metrics, member feedback, customer research, competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirementsLaunch and manage A/B tests and their data results.Working with UX, QA, Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to market Working with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software.
