Applies skill in the set-up, operation and maintenance support of extruding equipment/machinery and tools that are used in the production process, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned extruding equipment to produce complex multi-lumen and/or multi-layer tubing and new products, including tooling change-overs; work at a level of greater independence with advanced level of knowledge Execute equipment inspections in accordance with EHS guidelines Provide coaching and training to lower level technicians May partner with Engineers on potential opportunities Perform inspections, sampling, and measurements Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period Other incidental duties (e.g. occasional photo copying or deliveries)Education and Experience:H.S.
