This is a full-time, exempt position earning a competitivewage of $33.71/hour.YOUR LIFE AS A HOMELESS SERVICES COORDINATORThe Homeless Services Coordinator oversees Intake Centers and supervises the Homeless Services team to assure program compliance with Federal, State, and Utah Community Action policies and procedures. You are responsible for monitoring program reports and supporting assigned areas to ensure a seamless and professional delivery of services. You are also required to supervise, monitor and train staff, as well as offer direct client services as needed. As a representative of the agency, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advocating for clients using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. You will be a member of the UCA Management Team, participating in strategic planning and services, and exhibiting a holistic approach to agency services.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOMELESS SERVICES COORDINATOR
Bachelor's degree
Two years of supervisory experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Must live in Utah, this position is on-site
This position is required one to drivea personal vehicleas part of the job duties, therefore a valid driver's license and current personal automobile insurance must be maintained at all times while employed in this position
Experience working in a homeless shelter setting preferred
Experience in Motivational interviewing and conflict resolution preferred
