As the Area Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and elevating the pastry and dessert offerings across multiple locations in our organization.Lead and manage the pastry team, providing guidance, training, and mentorshipDevelop and implement innovative dessert menus that align with our brand and seasonal offeringsEnsure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items across multiple locationsCollaborate with the executive chef and other culinary leaders to create cohesive dining experiencesManage food costs, inventory, and budgets for the pastry departmentMaintain strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulationsStay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and flavors into menu itemsParticipate in special events, tastings, and promotional activities as neededFoster a positive and productive work environment within the pastry team
