Job Description:The Product Marketing Director leads the Select Health marketing team responsible for driving business for the following areas: Large Group Business, Pharmacy Benefits Management, Agents, Federal Employee Health Benefits, and Providers.In addition, this Product Director is responsible for leading the internal caregiver and departmental initiatives. The director will lead the business across multiple geographies and be responsible to build, create and execute leading edge B2B and B2C programs to drive renewal and acquisition business for Select Health. The director will lead a team of caregivers and collaborate with the executive team, the brand team, the CX team and the Public Relations/Corporate Social Responsibility team in the Marketing Hub and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.Preferred location for this leader is in Utah. Some travel may be necessary.Specific Responsibilities

Lead the Annual Enrollment Period and Open Enrollment Period business plan for the assigned lines of business

Work with the Executive team and compliance to ensure all products are best in class and exceed customer expectations

Work closely with Executive leadership and internal resources to deliver on agreed to yearly SelectHealth corporate priorities, vision, mission, and values

Work closely with the CFO, SelectHealth sales team, agents, and providers to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that produce positive ROI and positive business outcomes

Optimize marketing strategy across all lines of business with a consumer-first segmentation approach, customizing for both B2B and B2C audiences

Oversee internal caregiver and department marketing programs to elevate and improve internal caregiver education and collaboration

Leverage community relationships to drive business-focused partnerships and achieve organizational objectives for the assigned lines of business

Lead, coach and manage 8-10 direct reports and provide exceptional leadership qualities to enhance their career growth

Collaborate across markets to respond to inquiries and opportunities to keep SelectHealth at the forefront of industry practices

Consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Select Health’s commitment to superior service, including quality, care, and concern with every internal and external customer

Use, protect, and disclose Select Health’s customer protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication or related major. Degree must be from and accredited institution and will be verified

10 years of relevant experience as defined here: four years in a leadership role (i.e., leading a team of direct reports, not simply project leadership) in marketing (digital and non-digital), communications, product marketing, consumer insight/analytics that includes budgeting and successfully leading teams. An additional 6 years of relevant experience in project management for a defined portfolio or product line

Strong understanding of analytics and research, and their application to developing, evaluating, and refining product marketing strategies

Experience using a wide variety of marketing communication tools and channels in the delivery of on-brand consumer focused messaging campaigns

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to perform under stress, ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, excellent writing interviewing, and counseling knowledge

Experience working independently and effectively without close supervision, while consulting and coordinating with other team members or stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration and Management

Marketing experience in health care or health insurance environment

Demonstrated collaborative experience working with multiple advertising agencies

Physical Requirements:This is an exempt, full-time position. Pay offers are determined by prior years of relevant experience within the established pay range. In addition to the annual salary, to show our commitment to you and assist with your transition into our organization, we may offer a sign-on and relocation bonus when applicable. With this position, you are eligible to participate in the Annual Pay for Performance (AP4P) Plan. This plan enables Intermountain Health to provide leaders with an additional performance compensation opportunity. The AP4P award opportunities are calculated as a percentage of your base salary.
