Job Description: Description: Product Performance/Load Test Engineer - Murry, UT - 100/hr max bill rate.Seeking a Software Load/Performance Testing engineer for the Health Information Systems located in Murray, UTJob Responsibilities:Improve the product performance testing practice by playing a hands-on role in providing technical expertise and guidance around product performance, load testing and engineering.Develop, communicate, execute and report performance, load and stress testing, structured test planning including goals, priorities, approach, methods, procedures, tracking and status.Support the definition and evolution/improvement of the product performance testing strategy.Identify/implement tools, environment, test cases, metrics, etc. to help improve the ongoing program of product performance and load testing.Work with team to conduct performance prototyping, system capacity modeling and projections, performance-driven design recommendations, performance baseline and other related work to improve overall system performance.Champion Scrum principles throughout the organization and promote agile methodologies across the Revenue Cycle development organization.Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that release commitments are met on time and with high quality.Work closely with other engineers and managers to ensure consistency, synergy and teamwork across the organization.Create an atmosphere of innovation, new R&D culture and enable professional growth.Must be comfortable in fast paced agile environment with challenging deadlines, and be able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.Able to mentor team members on duties such as analysis, design, coding, debugging, automation and testing, documentation, support, maintenance, managing releases and updates.Contribute directly and work with team members to focus on the teams energy, creativity and efforts towards achieving business objectives, defining/driving quality initiatives and implementing best practices.Provide industry related knowledge to Manager/Product Owners so they can make informed decisions related to technology and best practices.Participate on cross-functional teams, working directly with Managers, Product Owners, Business Leaders and Application Engineers and Architects.Understand and follow all corporate and local policies and procedures.Provide and facilitate clear and concise communication with the team, peers and managers including status reporting, timely raising critical issues and giving constructive feedback.Analyze testing results and report issues found.Analyze APM dataTroubleshoot issues with infrastructure, applications, OSes, or Tools.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of five (10) years of experience conducting Quality Assurance and Development activities related to reviewing test deliverable, defects, test results created by team members.Minimum of three (5) years of hands-on experience with load and performance testing and tools.Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Jmeter scripting.Minimum of three (3) years of experience with any Linux and Windows.Minimum of three (3) years of experience troubleshooting issues with infrastructure, applications, etc.Minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing test results with APM tool such as Dynatrace, New Relic.Minimum of three (3) year experience with Browser performance testingMinimum of two (2) years of experience with a structured programming language (Java, C#, etc.)Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a structured test scripting language/platform.Thorough understanding of throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilization.Experience with cloud-based technologies.Experience working with software architects, developers, system analysts and business partners to establish product performance requirements/goals and creating a test program that accurately measures them.Experience with performance diagnostics, performance architecture/design, performance tuning, performance monitoring and capacity planning.Experience with resolving critical and complex product performance issues and identifying/driving key optimization changes in the product design to improve the customer experience.Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience leading a development team during the design and architecture phase.Ability to meet timelines set in project plans and produce a high-quality product.Ability to take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology.Preferred QualificationsTwo (2) years of experience with Blazemeter and Dynatrace or New RelicMasters degree in Computer Science or related discipline.Three (3) years of experience in RDBMS (i.e. Oracle, SQL Server) including database analysis and validation.Five (5) years of experience in Application Development (i.e. .NET, C, Java).Performance Modeling experience.Healthcare data related experience.Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures and is responsible for implementing tasks assigned for a corporate pricing application. Possesses the ability to install, load and develop Vendavo locally. Possess the ability to implement tasks according to established development standards including local configuration, unit testing and debugging processes and escalate issues as they arise. Posses the ability to handle simple assignments with supervision from a more senior configuration engineer.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for assigned configuration tasks based on requirements and design documents.2. Responsible for unit testing and source control check in of assigned tasks.3. Coordinates with the Lead CE to determine how best to implement features.4. Supports existing instances in production, QA, stage and development environments.5.
