Job Title: Project EngineerJob DescriptionThis role involves assisting the project manager in various tasks including quantity takeoffs, estimates, proposal development, and subcontractor scopes/pricing. The Project Engineer will review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals, oversee material ordering and sequencing, and provide solutions for project execution. Responsibilities also include developing project budgets, assisting in Schedule of Values (SOV) development, invoicing, estimating extra work, documenting changes, and overseeing project documentation such as RFI's, safety forms, and logs. The role also entails working with the project team to develop project and look-ahead schedules.Hard Skills
2-4 years of Project Engineering experience
Proficiency in Bluebeam
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High school diploma required, degree in construction management preferred
Soft Skills
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors effectively
Strong project documentation skills
Ability to conceive mechanical civil and concrete means/methods

The work environment is onsite in an office setting with a casual dress code including jeans and polos. The position allows for some remote work days.
