Marketing Associate

Trove Brands is actively seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to join our International Marketing team.This role will be responsible for supporting the management of our Brands and products internationally. This will include driving projects from inception to market launch, conducting detailed analyses of the product line, executing marketing strategies to drive sales, and managing the creation of related marketing materials. Ideal candidates should have experience launching consumer products and working cross-functionally.Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Execute and optimize marketing campaigns in partnership with International Marketing Manager.Work cross-functionally on the launch and marketing of new products.Coordinate product lifecycle, including PIPO planning and shepherding new products, packaging and related assets end to end.Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify consumer needs.Derive insights from multiple sources of complex data.Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of target markets and opportunities, and effectively communicate competitive advantages.
