Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Salt Lake City area. This role is crucial to aligning business objectives with HR strategies within our organization. Your strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills will be instrumental in driving solutions that inspire and retain our valuable team members.Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding the specific context of the business and translating that into relevant and impactful HR solutions. Align the business’s needs with HR practices and initiatives, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions. Enhance employee performance by strengthening workplace relationships, providing coaching on leadership techniques, and creating workforce development programs. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Connect with the leadership to transmit company culture and workforce objectives. Utilize HRMS for efficient management of HR processes. Oversee benefit functions and compensation administration in line with compliance requirements. Handle employee relations and stakeholder communications effectively.Requirements Must possess a thorough knowledge of HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) Demonstrated experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Proven ability to ensure Compliance with human resources laws and regulations Strong track record in managing Employee Relations Excellent skills in Stakeholder Communications Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals Adept at managing a variety of HR procedures and policies Proficient in using HR software and databases Proven ability to handle workplace disputes and conduct investigations Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
