Description We are hiring for a Human Resources (HR) Manager role based in the Salt Lake City area. The HR Manager will provide leadership in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role also involves formulating partnerships across the organization, developing programs to engage employees, and serving as an advisor on HR policies and processes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to strategize on talent management objectives Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance Reinforce company culture and core values by defining clear roles and performance expectations Lead on-site Training and Development Programs Monitor employee metrics and provide dashboard reporting to executives Foster positive employer branding and maintain relationships with community organizations to promote open positions Partner with hiring managers on screening candidates and participating in interviews and the selection process Facilitate the onboarding process to provide a welcoming environment and acclimation to the company Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigations, and guide managers with the disciplinary process when needed Communicate compensation and benefits program information to maximize employee awareness and understanding of offerings Oversee benefit plan renewals and handle planning of open enrollment, new enrollments, life events, elections, and other changes to employee benefit plan participation Implement automation of HR information systems for efficiency and improved end-user experience Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them Coordinate the off-boarding process for employee separations, obtaining appropriate company confidential information and conducting exit interviews when possible.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HRMS applications Knowledge of About Time software Strong understanding of Benefit Functions Proficiency in Compensation Administration Knowledge of Compliance in HR practices Proven track record in maintaining positive Employee Relations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret and analyze data Strong decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
