We are seeking a motivated, talented, and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. If your passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional client service, and exceeding goals, we want to hear from you! Our agency is located in Schertz, near San Antonio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Market and sell a variety of insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Prepare quotes and presentations.
Process applications and ensure timely policy issuance.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new leads.
Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in benefits administration
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong telemarketing skills to generate leads and close sales
Active Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, Health & HMO license.
Proven track record of success in insurance sales with minimum 3-year experience.
Strong understanding of various insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
Proven ability to generate leads and independently manage your workload.
Qualifications:
Active Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, Health & HMO license.
