I’m a California attorney with a California client being sued in a collection matter in Hidalgo County. I need a Texas attorney to file an Answer in the lawsuit on or before 2/19/24 to prevent a default judgment. Client plans to settle this suit before trial, but needs more time to raise the funds to do so.
