Job Description:
Are you an experienced immigration attorney looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Our busy immigration firm is seeking a Contract Immigration Attorney to represent our clients in Non-Detained Master Calendar Hearings and Merits Hearings before the San Antonio Immigration Court on Dolorosa.
Responsibilities:
- Appear on behalf of clients in Non-Detained Master Calendar Hearings and Merits Hearings.
- Handle mainly 42b Non-LPR Cancellation of Removal cases and a small percentage of asylum cases.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience with immigration court proceedings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position will be on a per-case basis and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
