Handyman maintenance services

So let’s just start this off right this is a 1099 position. Please do not respond. If you don’t know what 1099 is also I need somebody with tools knowledge and a vehicle. This job is a diverse construction job. One day we might be painting the next day. We might be removing windows so that means you are going to have to know how to paint and also do windows as well. We do other small things like fans, tile sheet rock, etc. all construction, so please have knowledge I start all my guys off at $15 an hour of 90 day probation. After 90 days we will bring your pay anywhere from $18 an hour to $24 an hour sometimes we will be going to Austin so you will have to drive there and back home. I will pay for gas at the end of every check speaking about checks we hold one week every week we pay on Friday your first paycheck will not be paid till the following Friday but every Friday after that it will be paid before 5 PM. We do random drug test so please don’t respond. If you do drugs I need somebody who’s responsible.
