This is a 1099 position what we expect is summary that knows their way around a tool bag that has their own vehicle and can get back-and-forth to work. You have to be a US citizen and can provide a driver license we do not want any of our employees doing any types of drugs, alcohol or any kind of substance abuse most important we are family operated, and we continue to treat our employees like family. We need somebody with some construction backgrounds in willing to work and learn our starting pay is going to be between 15 and $18 an hour do not apply for the job if you’re not ready to work tomorrow, I cannot reiterate that enough again do not apply for the job if you cannot work tomorrow if you call for an interview, you are most likely if you fit what I’m asking for going to start work immediately we have an office where you will meet up with your team lead and start working until the project’s done for instance, like tomorrow you would meet up at the office you would jump in the work truck and head out to Victoria, Texas, and get a ride back if we send you on a local job you will be by yourself doing local work and going to be needing to know that we can trust you in the job gets done we ask for you to have customer experience and be timely managed as we are not going to stand over your shoulder and tell you everything and how to do it.
