Summary:Maintain department according to established procedures and standards to ensure merchandise is available for delivery and retail sale. Responsible for assisting with the general conditions of the fillet department. Key Responsibilities:

Follow procedures to ensure information is communicated and accessible to support the team

Run fillet picks

Help pack fillet orders

Only run what is needed 3-4 routes at a time

Keep up on fillet jobs

Do your best to have most jobs in before running more routes

Be sure check the pull down for any discrepancies

Check with order clearing for any quantities going negative on Order Entry Error Report

Use the Calling before and after the shift to monitor negative quantities

Monitor fillisters

May help receive, unload, unpack and check incoming product

Cycle count high density and high dollar items

Multi-slotting maintenance

Input fillet production productivity (continue to improve productivity format)

Run fillet query

Ensure proper set-up of fillet station

Communicate to supervisor of needs or shortfalls

Ensure product rotation

Communicate with order clearing on what routes are in and what needs invoiced

Communicate quality issues to supervisors and merchandising

Weigh and tag product at end of the shift with the fillet crew

Ensure proper clean-up and special clean-up projects

Perform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum one to three months related experience.

Preferred

No preferred experiences

Pay Range: $19 - $22 hourly
