Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead, deliver, and drive the adoption of DevSecOps implementation and practices. The current DevSecOps practice is about 30-40% adopted. This candidate must have a senior level understanding of .NET software development and be able to establish and influence capabilities within DevSecOps. The Manager will be leading a team of 5 consisting of FTEs and contractors. 7 years of experience directly managing software engineers and software engineering projects/ initiatives
Experience working with Director and VP level executives
Understanding of DevSecOps practices within a software engineering environment
Former software engineer developing .NET applicationsBreadth of experience in Automation testing, HP ALM, scanning vulnerabilities, cluster management, containerization tools
Experience with Modern Cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure but can be AWS or other cloud services null
