Description Our client is offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in San Antonio, Texas. This role primarily involves Data Entry, maintaining customer records, and handling inquiries. Your workplace will be in the telecom industry, where accuracy and efficiency are highly valued.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer records. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all customer information. Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed data entry goals. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies. Communicate effectively with customers to provide information on their credit status. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in all job functions. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements Proficient in data entry and related software Excellent typing speed with superior accuracy, 10 key experience is a must. Knowledge of database software, spreadsheets, and word processing is essential Good written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent qualification Previous experience in data entry or similar position is preferred Familiarity with administrative duties Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
