Description Our client is offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in San Antonio, Texas. This role primarily involves Data Entry, maintaining customer records, and handling inquiries. Your workplace will be in the telecom industry, where accuracy and efficiency are highly valued.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer records. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all customer information. Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed data entry goals. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies. Communicate effectively with customers to provide information on their credit status. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in all job functions. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements Proficient in data entry tasks with a strong attention to detail. Possess basic understanding of databases and spreadsheets. Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated experience in maintaining accurate records and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent education level is required. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
