As a TSTA Part Time employee, you'll help empower public school employees by visiting schools and speaking with educators during their lunch time. With a teammate, you'll deliver treats and supplies to the lounge and set up a table with organization resources to share with educators. We'll meet to debrief and collect and restock supplies and membership forms. We visit campuses in Edgewood ISD, Harlandale ISD, Judson ISD, Southside ISD, Southwest ISD, and North East ISD.
TSTA pays all part-time employees $15 per hour with a max of 25 hours per week. You don't have to commit to work every week as we're very flexible with assigning projects. Friendly people with a passion for supporting public education will really enjoy this opportunity.
This work is seasonal July-October and March-May. Again, we are very flexible, but you will need to be able to work between the hours of 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. Must be able attend training before you start the job.
We are looking to hire at least 2 energetic people. Great for college students, stay-at-home parents, and retired people.
