Customer Service Representative/ Dispatch

Locally owned well established handyman company with a very good reputation of providing quality services is looking for an energetic customer service representative with dispatching experience. Responsibilities include scheduling of estimates and jobs, answering incoming phone calls, following up with potential customers, and data entry. Must be organized and have excellent multi-tasking skills. Experience with Quickbooks, Housecall Pro software, and the construction industry is a plus.
