Customer Service Agent

A Local, Family Owned, Janitorial Supply Company is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Main responsibilities are answering calls, entering orders, and solving any problems customers may have. Must have good telephone skills, have basic computer skills, and be willing to learn. Being familiar with cleaning supplies and having some previous experience as a customer service agent, is desirable. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm closed on weekends.
