L.K. Jordan is on the search for a dedicated Collection Specialist to join a reputable law firm in San Antonio. If you're driven, possess a knack for communication, and are ready to take on the challenge of managing collections with professionalism and tact, this opportunity is for you.
Pay Rate during training: $19.50/hour (Non-Bilingual), $20.50/hour (Bilingual)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Review open accounts for collection efforts, making 100-150 calls per day, balancing between outbound and taking inbound calls.
Execute out bound collection calls professionally, maintaining and enhancing customer relations.
Ensure timely collection of payments according to due dates.
Identify and discuss account delinquency causes with management.
Manage document faxing to accounts and ensure follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or collections.
