Together, we are on a quest to change banking for good.Manager - Brand ManagementLead, directs and coordinates strategic marketing activities for large brand or related/aligned brands for the attainment of brand sales goals. Develop and propose new products and ideas, monitoring test results. Responsible for initiating the spending, pricing, product, packaging, media, promotion, education, and copy strategies. Coordinates with market research, analysts, cross-functional teams, internal and external agencies, IT, production, sales, finance, and advertising.Responsibilities: Develop, test, create strategic marketing direction to include best products and services Create and test market, analyze data. Develop marketing and communications plan from data received. Coordinate with cross-functional teams. Develop learning agenda, manage project and teams, report findings Review Results Manage up to 4 peopleBasic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or military experience At least 4 years of experience in Marketing agency - direct response marketing, brand marketing, survey development, consumer marketing At least 4 years of experience in Research in brand and consumer marketing At least 1 year of people management experiencePreferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or Finance 2 years of experience in Financial Services marketing 5 years of experience in Fortune 500, CPG Marketing, consumer-driven 5 years of experience in Marketing agency - direct response marketing, brand marketing, survey development, consumer marketing 5 years of experience in Research in brand and consumer marketingAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
