By incubating innovative solutions and embracing technology, this team creates an unforgettable and unparalleled experience for our associates and clients.We are seeking a talented and transformational business leader to lead a team of Treasury Management (TM) Onboarding associates. In this role, the ideal candidate would have direct accountability for the setup of 45+ Treasury Management products and services for clients across the Commercial Banking segment. This critical function engages at the beginning of a client's Treasury Management relationship with Capital One, but also engages throughout the lifecycle as clients add and/or modify products and services.General ResponsibilitiesLeverage knowledge of treasury management products, process, project, risk and technology to help direct reports think and act differently when solving problems.

Team Leadership: This role will have direct accountability for 5+ Associates across geographies / time zones. The leader is charged with coaching and developing associates, creating a culture that is a safe space to learn and challenge norms, while simultaneously setting a constantly rising bar for top performance

Client Experience: Although this role is not client-facing on a day to day basis, methodically balancing people / process / risk decisions with impact to client experience will be a critical success factor. The ideal candidate consistently utilizes customer-back design thinking in decision making and regularly evaluates/strengthens how we measure the customer experience

Data/Insights: Demonstrated experience/expertise with leveraging data and routines to drive results, and proactively identify risks and process breakdowns

Continuous Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities. Works backwards from a 6-12 month destination when serving as customers for strategic and improvement projects.

Risk Management: Drives a culture where Associates have hands-on involvement in challenging existing processes to ensure they are up-to-date with current state risks. Escalates/owns process issues and risk remediation.

Stakeholder Management: Cultivates/maintains strong relationships/partnerships with key business partners in Sales, Operations, and Servicing functions

Coordinate with Product Management, Client Service, and Sales Leadership/Support to improve agreements and implementation forms to streamline the Onboarding process and improve client satisfaction

Assist TM Onboarding Director with development and execution of strategy and setting group objectives

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 5 years of experience working in Operations

At least 3 years of experience managing teams

At least 2 years of experience in Treasury Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

5+ years of experience managing teams

Certified Treasury Professional designation

5+ years of detailed knowledge of Treasury Management products and an understanding of the sales process

4+ years of customer service experience

Six Sigma training
