Job Summary As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working to understand their needs and helping them achieve their goals.Duties and Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships to drive retention and loyalty Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement Analyze data in Salesforce to track client usage and engagement, providing insights for optimization Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practicesRequirements Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management Experience working with customers in the casino gaming industry, either commercial or tribal Experience with US and Canadian customers Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly Knowledge of SaaS products and services Familiarity with project management principles Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights Presentation and/or training skills required Background in contract renewals preferred Occasional international travel may be required
