Job Family: People & OrganizationReq ID: 453878This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career in the People and Organization (P&O) function.As a Compensation Program Manager, you will:

Be responsible for the analysis of data, providing reporting, and participating in projects in the area of compensation.

Actively support P&O team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.

Align and handle compensation programs with strategic goals, ensuring market competitiveness through data analysis and salary structure development.

Partner with P&O Leadership through a job architecture review and update of our core R&D functions. Perform job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and partner with teams to maintain accurate job classifications and market trend analysis.

Support business leaders with internal pay equity evaluations and collaborate to drive Siemens stance on paying people fairly, along with being in compliance.

Develop compensation programs, policies, and guidelines with the team and partner to communicate to employees and management through P&O Partners or directly (depending on program).

Provide guidance to P&O Business Partners and leadership on compensation-related issues and decisions for their staff and growth on a global basis.

Help to maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity. This will include annual updates to our global salary structures and quarterly equity activity.

Prepare compensation reports and analysis for senior leadership to model options for merit, stock awards, and other programs for cost projections and budget forecasting.

You bring relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics; global exposure is helpful.

You have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.

You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude combined with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

You are highly skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Workday, Power BI, and fluent in English.

You have a drive and desire to broaden your experience in M&A activity within Compensation and broader P&O.

What would make you successful in this role:

Bachelor’s degree or comparable training and knowledge, preferably in HR/Compensation, Finance or general business

8+ years of progressive experience in compensation program management

Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and market pricing

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is preferred

Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, AON, PayScale, Syndio)

Experience working on a global team involving compensation across multiple countries

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

CCP and GRP certifications helpful and preferred

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
