Description We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in North Richland Hills, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial role in advancing data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, creating tools and models to streamline data collection, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making. Work interdepartmentally to facilitate effective data usage and strategy implementation. Develop tools and models to streamline and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management. Analyze market and consumer data to create strategies that increase profitability and/or sales. Monitor and analyze data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions. Conduct focus groups with consumers to gather additional data and insights. Convert complex data findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports. Oversee and enhance reporting in Microsoft Power BI. Document processes and analytical procedures for future reference. Collaborate with sales teams to understand community positioning and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements Proficiency in conducting Gap Analysis Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data Expertise in Business Intelligence tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting Ability to translate complex data into understandable reports or presentations Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field is preferred Proven experience as a Data Reporting Analyst or similar role is an advantage.
