Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. This requisition is for a Sell-Off Coordinator role at Raytheon, an RTX Business in McKinney, TX. This role will work cross-functionally across the site to meet and support contractual and non-contractual requirements. This position works closely with factories and operations teams, as well as contracts and quality teams.This job requires critical thinking, effective and concise communication, and the ability to multi-task effectively. This position requires integrity and tact when reviewing contractual requirements all while performing in a demanding, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is expected to exude Raytheon’s key values, facilitate conflict resolution, and apply Raytheon Six Sigma / CORE principles in all areas of work.What You Will Do

Reviewing Government and Commercial contracts and/or purchase orders and understand the contractual language.

Preparing documents with speed and accuracy.

Working with program support staff to understand and plan for material issues impacting on time delivery.

Providing status of work in progress, issues, and potential barriers to programs to ensure that every effort is made to meet our on-time delivery commitments.

Support records retention activities defined by programs.

Coordinating cross-functional interdepartmental activity as needed (i.e. with Quality Assurance, Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, Logistics)

Taking corrective action on contractual, non-contractual and material issues as necessary.

Ensure inventory accuracy throughout the Sell-Off process.

Physically delivering material to the packing and shipping department.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree

Two (2) years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain/Logistics, and/or Material/Inventory Management.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

Basic understanding of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and its connection to the production plan.

A proficient understanding of the application and concepts of Production and Planning Control fundamentals including MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing

Intermediate level experience in relevant computer applications including SAP PRISM, SAP CMES, SAP APEX, Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Visio), or similar applications

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
