The Raytheon, Operations/Supply Chain (OSC) Inter Organization Transfers (IOT) has an immediate opening for an Operations Finance Manager (grade M4) supporting the Classified Advanced Programs portfolio being executed in our North Texas factories. This position supports an onsite work arrangement and is based out of our McKinney, TX location. What You Will Do:The successful candidate will lead and train a group of financial analysts responsible for the daily business and financial activities for a set of programs that have significant amount of exposure. The candidate is responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), modification of SOW, Proposals, Forecasting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program & Factory Managers and CAM’s/IPTL’s, and providing financial leadership in the successful execution of multiple contracts. The candidate will drive the operations finance process, monitor program health and compliance, labor productivity, and partner with other functional team members to improve program financial metrics. In addition, this position is responsible for actively identifying risks/opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects that the candidate will lead. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting. The ideal candidate would be able to work in a challenging fast paced team environment, be a success & compliant minded team member who possesses strong self-initiative and multi-tasking skills while leading his team. The candidate will be able to provide analytical support while under critical deadlines and be involved on process improvement initiatives. They will be expert communicators, able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay timing critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically candidates will have a Bachelors degree and 8 years’ financial based experience or an advanced degree 5+ years experience.

Experience and working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts, procedures, and processes

Experience and working knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, related systems, and processes

Proficient in using one or more of the following SAP Business Systems: APEX EV, PRISM EV, Business Warehouse

Security Clearance - Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Direct or indirect leadership experience with focus on helping to train financial analysts with processes, procedures, command media and financial systems. Ideally will have demonstrated experience effectively leading/managing/motivating/developing teams.

Exceptional analytical ability is necessary to ensure program performance is to plan and to ensure that problem areas are immediately identified, and corrective action is taken

Ability to develop effective and respectful partnerships across Program Office, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Quality and Supply Chain

A subject matter resource willing to execute analysis side-by-side with team members

Organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines

Experience in organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to internal customers, management, and peers

Strong customer focus and attention to detail and work quality

Ability to quickly assimilate into the CBA and become influential within the suite of programs and functional support

Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data

Understanding of operations/material systems and processes

Experience in using For Project

This position is grade M4, Manager, Program Cost Controls and supports an onsite work arrangement based out of McKinney, TX.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
